Our highly skilled Learning and Development team takes the extra effort to ensure all our associates are continuously trained towards meeting the ever increasing industry standards. Cinnamon Resorts Awards of Excellence 2018
Cinnamon’s Resort Hotels held their inaugural Awards of Excellence in grand scale at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon on 07 July 2018. This awards ceremony was initiated to recognize and reward high flyers who have excelled in different disciplines with their exceptional contributions to the business.
Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts boasts of a rich history of a robust culture built on integrity, striving for excellence, smart thinking and innovation and a culture that recognizes commitment and achievement.
The awards program was introduced to provide a positive reinforcement to this culture by empowering and motivating employees to think out of the box and be “disruptive”, do things differently and go beyond the call of duty in the pursuit of excellence.
