Executive, Reservations
Job Responsibilities
• Manage all reservation inquiries.
• Update hotel rates and contracts with travel agents.
• Communicate with customers, management and colleagues and provide clear concise and accurate information.
• Stay constantly abreast with market trends and competitor rates.
• Effective use of central reservations system.
• Meet individual set targets and goals.
• Work independently, show initiative, provide direction, manage multiple tasks and prioritize among assignments.
• Organize and prioritize work, assisting in the coordination and distribution of work.
Person Specifications
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a five-star property.
• Hands-on experience working with OPERA system will be an added advantage.
• Creative and an innovative thinker who can bring thoughts to actions with speed.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge on MS Office packages.
