Job Responsibilities


The Executive – Marketing & Administration will be responsible for supporting our hotel’s marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys balancing creative marketing work with administrative coordination.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office Marketing team to manage website and social media content.
  • Support the creation of engaging marketing materials – brochures, newsletters, and posts.
  • Provide administrative support to the GM/RM and guest relations team, including VIP coordination and guest feedback.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Prepare marketing and operational reports and support event coordination.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, administration, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media, email marketing).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and guest service excellence.
  • Experience with hotel management software (SAP) and event coordination.
