Service Manager - Front Office

Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest operator of star class hotels with a portfolio of over 2000 rooms divided among three city hotels and ten resort hotels, situated in prime locations in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

 

Your journey with our guests will begin the moment they arrive and go on until the time of their departure. You will be their eyes and ears, their bank of knowledge and their guide to everything around them. You should be able to make conversation; add to their relaxation or point them in the right direction.

You will also be required to handle a series of routine based tasks, which you will be briefed on, should you be the chosen one. You will report to the Front Office Manager of the resort
