Asst. F&B Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Assists in recruiting, and supervising front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
- Train the team and meet the deadlines according to company objectives
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce.
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and handling guest feedback.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and seek resolution.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing daily service operations, including seating arrangements, table turnovers, and guest flow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt food delivery and quality control.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock, and assist in ordering supplies, beverages, and food items as needed.
- Contribute to inventory control efforts to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
- Oversee daily shifts, ensuring that staff are properly assigned, and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage staff breaks, timekeeping, and adherence to schedules.
- Ensure that food and beverages are served to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks and tasting evaluations.
- Handle billing processes, including bill presentations, processing payments, and providing accurate change.
- Manage cash and card transactions securely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and front-of-house facilities.
- Support the implementation of safety and sanitation protocols.
- Contribute to staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Align with the Cinnamon brand standards.
- Thorough understanding about the business continuity planning (BCP), General data protection regulation (GDPR) & emergency planning & complying with them.
- Conduct staff meetings and communicate important information.
- responsible to maintain Food cost as per property targets in collaboration with executive chef in charge.
- Responsible to maintain beverage cost as per property targets
- Maintain customer reviews and guest feedback across the platforms relevant and address and act on any negative feedback given.
- Responsible for achieving the revenue targets / financial objectives of the company.
Person Specifications
- 3-5 years previous experience in a similar capacity in the food and beverage industry.

A bachelor's degree or an associate degree in hospitality management or a related field is often preferred.
