Job Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities,

  • Lead, development and manage of assets management module and ensure budget allocation are controlled and helping management to make decisions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget adherence and allocation of resources. 
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and financial performance assessments. 
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and financial growth. 
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies. 
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports including working capital position on daily basis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting regulations and standards. 
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and financing options, making recommendations to optimize the organization's financial structure. 
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions and investment partners. 
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and department heads, supporting the development and execution of the organization's strategic plans. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance for career development. 

Person Specifications

Required Qualifications,

  • A Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting / Finance or Business Management from a recognized university or institution.
  • Minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting in a reputed entity, preferably in a star class hotel.
  • Good computer literacy. Hands on experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
