Job Responsibilities

Preparation of Annual Plan and Re forecast Finalisation of reforecast and annual plans of companies under purview in order to achieve group financial objectives. Finalization of Monthly Accounts Finalisation of monthly accounts of companies under purview in order to achieve objectives of the group finance. Preparation of statutory Accounts Resolving audit issues, completions of year-end audit with a clean audit opinion, preparation of statutory accounts, annual reports, attending AGMs and maintaining minutes of AGMs of companies under purview in order to achieve statutory requirements. Compliance of Accounting standards and internal control requirements Resolving accounting, audit, internal control, tax issues relating hotels under purview and evaluating changes in accounting standards, tax laws and quantifying the impact to of the same in order to furnish reports in compliance with accounting standards and internal control requirements . Taxation Monthly tax computations, quarterly tax payments and filing of annual tax returns of companies under purview on due dates in order to ensure proper tax deductions of same hotels. Expense Management Monitoring of payments related to the hotels which are processed at Head Office and make sure all contractual payments, other payments for new projects are in accordance with the contracts and approved budgets, approvals and other supporting documents are in place for payment in order make sure accuracy and completeness of all payments.
