Assistant Manager, Finance

Responsibilities
•    Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements [Monthly/Quarterly/Annually].
•    Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
•    Assist in the budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to gather data and prepare annual reports.
•    Monitor budget adherence and report any variances.
•    Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate recording and timely processing of invoices and payments.
•    Address any billing or payment discrepancies.
•    Contribute to financial analysis, such as profitability analysis, cost control, and financial forecasting.
•    Identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
•    Assist with internal and external audits by providing financial data and supporting documentation.
•    Ensure compliance with auditing standards and procedures.
•    Stay informed about financial regulations and ensure the organization's financial practices comply with legal requirements.
•    Assist in preparing tax returns and other financial filings.
•    Utilize financial software and systems to record and analyze financial data.
•    Make recommendations for system improvements or enhancements.
•    Work closely with other members of the finance team and departments across the organization to ensure financial processes run smoothly.

Eligibility Requirements
•    Partly or fully qualified in a qualification offered by a professional Accounting Body.
•    A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required. 
•    Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis.
•    Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, and problem-solving.
•    Effective verbal and written communication skills.
•    Minimum 03 years' work experience and Audit experience.
•    Hands-on experience in working with SAP, ERP & OPERA systems.
