Asst. Manager- Learning & Development(JC-2128)
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct needs-based trainings on the skills pertinent to the F&B knowledge scope which includes, but not limited to: Beverage Knowledge, HACCP Standards, Brand Documentation, Customer Service, Food & Beverage Basics & Recipes.
• Facilitate on-the-job training sessions for restaurants.
• Conduct internal auditing of all restaurants, beverages, and food items to ensure adherence to brand standards and hygiene practices.
• Supervise Cinnamon departmental trainers to ensure that learning activities of all restaurants are conducted and relevant documents are maintained accurately.
• Source external trainers depending on the needs of the F&B department.
• Attend departmental briefings and provide feedback.
• Develop innovative and interactive methods of delivering training programmes.
• Develop F&B training plan.
Apart from the job duties stated above, the right candidate is required to be multi-skilled to assist the L&D department in the following areas:
• Assist in the city sector induction programme.
• Provide F&B specific training sessions to other departments.
• Assist in external hotel familiarization tours.
• Collaborate with other trainers in developing new and up to date training programmes.
• Maintain training records.
Person Specifications
• A degree in Hospitality Management from a reputed institution, preferably in Food & Beverage.
• Professional qualification in Training.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in F&B operations in Executive capacity
• Excellent command of English is mandatory, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
