Job Responsibilities
• Preparation of Banquet Function Plans to gather all guest requirements and communicate to relevant
departments.
• Assisting the department to maximize the revenue by generating sales leads and new business opportunities.
• Coordination with other relevant departments and provide efficient services on guest requirements.
• Assuring that the services provided by the Hotel are in line with the required standards.
Person Specifications
• A professional qualification in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity in a five-star property.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A thorough knowledge in property management IT systems.
• Sound interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
