The Executive Sales Leisure is responsible for driving the growth and development of DMC/FIT (Destination Management Company/Free Independent Traveler) revenue through strategic account management, business development, and fostering relationships with owned accounts within the assigned territory. This position plays a crucial role in achieving and exceeding revenue targets across all CH&R properties in Sri Lanka, with a focus on maintaining and expanding a robust portfolio of active accounts.
