Executive Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Allocate duties and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness and Cinnamon brand standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, inventory, and departmental costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to address repair and maintenance requirements.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, emergency, and company policies.

• GCE O/L qualification, Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage staff schedules, housekeeping supplies, and departmental costs effectively.
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and maintaining hotel brand standards.
