Job Responsibilities
1.1 Food   and Beverage standards   and service
Maintaining high standards of F  andB Services according to the Chaaya brand standards, continuous monitoring of the Food   and beverage service aspects, standard operating procedures to be met and training on SOP's, regular supervision, guest contact   and feedback in order to have the highest F  andB Service.
1.2 Cleanliness   and hygiene
Maintains the cleanliness of the outlets, décor and the ambience, regular spot checks, have a cleaning schedule of the outlets in order to ensure a clean   and hygienic environment for superior F  andB operation.
1.3 Guest Satisfaction
Minimizing guest complaints by personal attention on delivering of Guest expectations.
1.4 Staff Training   and Development
Check the hygiene and the grooming aspects, passing down the important information to staff, daily briefings and routine training schedules as per the guidelines given by the Sector HRD Team in order to develop, train and motivate the staff for inter hotel and external competitions.
1.5 Food   and Beverage sales targets
Generates sales promotions and increasing F  andB revenue in order to achieve and exceed the planned F  andB targets as per the guidelines given by the General Manager   and Head of F   and B Operations.
1.6 Maintaining Beverage stock levels
Monitor par stock levels in order to ensure timely re-ordered   and monitor any slow moving items to avoid extra spending's.
1.7 F  andB Cost controlling
Follow up on cost controlling methods, minimizing breakages, energy conservation in order to have cost effective F  andB operation in the hotel.
1.8 F  andB Functions coordination
Coordinate   and delegate special events and functions of the hotel with all relevant departments in order to ensure the smooth operation   and execution of such events.
