Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to evaluating candidates using the Application Tracking System (ATS) and other channels.
- Build strong relationships with Business HR and hiring managers to meet recruitment needs within budget.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new employees with the Learning and Development (L&D) team and other departments.
- Handle employee life cycle activities including promotions, transfers, and resignations.
- Oversee the offboarding process, including clearance and exit interviews.
- Manage labour relations, along with the grievance and disciplinary process.
- Represent the company with third party legal entities for Employee Relations (ER) matters.
- Support annual projects like performance appraisals and staff engagement activities.
- Provide comprehensive HR support to line managers and employees.
Person Specifications
Requirements
- Minimum 4 – 5 years, experience in Human Resource Management, including 2 years in an Executive capacity.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, especially in a five-star property, is a definite advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management/ Administration, Hospitality, or Tourism Management, or any similar qualification.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
