Job Responsibilities

 

Manager – Marketing Communications, Loyalty & Partnerships is to lead and manage the full spectrum of communication strategies, brand positioning, loyalty program activations, and strategic partnerships for our three iconic Cinnamon properties in Colombo.

This role is critical in driving visibility, engagement, and preference for Cinnamon Grand, Cinnamon Lakeside, and Cinnamon Red through proactive media relations, impactful storytelling, strong brand partnerships, and targeted loyalty initiatives aligned with the Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts brand.


Person Specifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in marketing communications or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong experience in media relations, loyalty marketing, and partnership development.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Sinhala/Tamil an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling.
