Job Responsibilities

The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures to create and maintain an environment where our employees, guests and property are safe and well-protected. You will Plan and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and security industry regulations. This role will supervise the Security Officer’s work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor the performance of the team. Furthermore, you will be investigating and resolving issues, compiling incident reports, and creating reports for the management on security status. Also, you will be keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements related to security services.

Person Specifications

Do you possess excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Do you have strong Experience in reporting and emergency response planning? Do you have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar job role in a star class hotel?
