Executive, Compliance
Job Responsibilities
The Executive, Compliance will be responsible for managing the Food Safety Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, and other compliance-related aspects of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. The role will work closely with the Corporate team to maintain the hotel’s Health, Safety and Environment Priorities. You will be accountable for implementing maintenance-related checklists and preventive maintenance programs. The Compliance Officer will ensure the hotel maintains a continuous “audit ready” state of compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures and all applicable external regulatory and other requirements. You will review, assist, and coordinate fire, life safety and emergency procedures with maintenance and support departments, including emergency training and drills. You will also assume responsibility for conducting internal hygiene inspections to identify and mitigate food safety and occupational health & safety-related hazards. Furthermore, implementing, maintaining, and documenting Critical Control Points, Operational Pre-Requisite Programmes and Pre-Requisite Programmes and ensuring that employees have adequate training to carry out CCP, OPRP, PRP work.
