Job Responsibilities
Manpower Management
•Coordinate daily manpower requirements with manpower suppliers.
•Ensure adequate manpower availability for each shift based on operational needs.
•Monitor attendance, working hours, overtime, and shift allocations of manpower employees.
•Verify supplier invoices and coordinate payment processing.
•Conduct induction programs
•Coordinate annual medical examinations and renewals for manpower employees.
HR Administration
•Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and process Service Receipt Notes (SRNs) for HR-related services.
•Manage mobile phone allocations and related administration.
•Prepare cost reports, best estimate reports, and other HR-related reports.
•Reconcile monthly meal counts and coordinate payments with service providers.
•Maintain employee personal files and statutory records, including EPF registrations.
General HR Operations
•Coordinate internship onboarding and payment processing.
•Coordinate induction programs for new employees.
•Support internal HR audits and ensure documentation complies with company standards.
•Prepare monthly HR reports and management information.
•Coordinate employee engagement activities, meetings, and HR events.
•Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
•Coordinate annual employee medical examinations and maintain related records.
•Support HR projects and perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Person Specifications
•B.Sc. / HR related professional qualification (PQHRM / CQHRM) with 1-2 years HR experience of which at least 1 year should be in a FMCG Company.
•Leadership, interpersonal skills, problem solving, negotiating skills, decision making & problem solving.
