CICL owns the most modernized Ice Cream manufacturing plant in the South Asian Region.
Job Responsibilities
SAP New Implementation Project
•Lead SAP HANA new implementation Project
Transportation, Distribution & reporting
•Coordinate daily outbound and inbound transportation with clients and carriers.
•Plan truck schedules and optimize routing for timely deliveries.
•Monitor 3PL transport providers’ performance (on-time delivery, cost, service level).
•Address transport-related issues such as delays, shortages, or damage.
•Provides active support to meet seasonal demand as directed by management.
•Cost effective Cold room Operation
•Creates PRs, POs, SRNs, and GRNs, and follows up closely on approvals.
Logistics planning
•Responsible for conducting logistics analysis through software tools and updating Power BI dashboards to reflect company KPIs.
Truck space Optimization
•Improve Truck capacity utilization
•Improve Pack fill rate
Quality
•Take initiatives to minimize damage.
•Implement measures to reduce damage during transportation.
•Work towards resolving and eliminating NCRs on a month-to-month basis.
SHE
•Responsible for enforcing safety guidelines throughout logistics operations, carrying out regular audits, reducing accidents, and ensuring near misses are promptly reported.
Maintain standards requirements
•Ensure compliance with all business-relevant standards.
•Accountable for upholding business standards relevant to operations.
Person Specifications
•Degree or equivalent diploma in Logistics Management, with analytical skills and at least 1–2 years of practical experience in fleet management, including people management.
