Logistics Executive

Job Responsibilities

Transportation, Distribution & reporting

• Coordinate daily outbound and inbound transportation with clients and carriers.
• Plan truck schedules and optimize routing for timely deliveries.
• Monitor 3PL transport providers’ performance (on-time delivery, cost, service level).
• Address transport-related issues such as delays, shortages, or damage.
• Provides active support to meet seasonal demand as directed by management.
• Cost effective Cold room Operation
• Creates PRs, POs, SRNs, and GRNs, and follows up closely on approvals.

Logistics planning

• Responsible for conducting logistics analysis through software tools and updating Power BI dashboards to reflect company KPIs.

Truck space Optimization

• Improve Truck capacity utilization
• Improve Pack fill rate

Quality

• Take initiatives to minimize damage.
• Implement measures to reduce damage during transportation.
• Work towards resolving and eliminating NCRs on a month-to-month basis.

SHE

• Responsible for enforcing safety guidelines throughout logistics operations, carrying out regular audits, reducing accidents, and ensuring near misses are promptly reported.

Maintain standards requirements

• Ensures compliance with all business-relevant standards.
• Accountable for upholding business standards relevant to operations.

Person Specifications

• Degree or equivalent diploma in Logistics Management, with analytical skills and at least 1–2 years of practical experience in fleet management, including people management.
