Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Area Sales Manager in Ice Cream Sales Team. The position exists for managing the Sales Supervisors in the assigned area, with respect to infrastructure, processes and overall operations to ensure outstanding implementation channel specific of brand / category and objective.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly sales target for the assigned area.
- Ensure execution of company sales plans and promotions.
- Manage assigned distributor operations.
- Lead and manage company sales supervisors & distributor sales team.
- Ensure in store execution in promotion & displays.
- Prepare, submit & present reports and presentations on time.
Person Specifications
- GCE O/L with credit passes for Math & English
- A thorough understanding of distribution and sales dynamics.
- Knowledge of the specific trade and distribution systems, Salesmanship, knowledge on customer requirements.
- Proficiency in all 3 languages will be an added advantage.
- Having experience in similar capacity in FMCG sector minimum 3 years will be an added advantage.
