DATA MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Soft Drinks and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
The company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Management Executive to ensure accurate data management, efficient system administration, and smooth coordination between departments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with company systems and databases.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the outlet database within the company system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Record and verify distributor stock data with a high level of precision
- Collect, compile, and organize sales support staff achievement data for reporting and analysis
- Handle user creation requests for the sales team and coordinate with the IT department for timely activation
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with data, databases, and internal systems.
- Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic IT systems.
- Prior experience in sales support, sales operations, or data administration is an advantage.
Person Specifications
- Final-year undergraduate or recently completed a degree in a relevant field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in data management or related responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SFA) is an added advantage
- Availability of working on Saturdays (half day)
- Strong communication skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong customer-focused approach.
