Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Executive - Infrastructure & System Support. The position exists to manage and maintain IT Systems, Manage and troubleshoot Network Infrastructure including all the passive and active equipment, provide Level 1 support with the coordination of Group IT and other IT services, Maintain IT compliance in line with internal policies, audit recommendations, and statutory requirements, including administration of Microsoft Server environments.
Job Responsibilities
- L1 user Support on LOBs HCM, Websites, LMS and Other Workflow Management systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot Network Infrastructure including all the passive and active equipment.
- Provide necessary end user support for users.
- Provide Level 1 support with the coordination of Group IT for SAP and other IT services related matters.
- Maintain IT compliance levels as per the Group Policies and set guidelines.
- Microsoft patch updates and maintains the recommended compliance level.
- Preparation & follow up on Annual IT budget.
- Administration of Azure Entra ID.
- Managing group policies.
- Managing User Accounts & IT assets inventory
- Troubleshooting maintaining IT assets
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors for IT systems maintenance
Person Specifications
- Degree in Management of Information Systems /IT or equivalent from a recognized University with 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Certification in Microsoft System administration & Network Management will be an added advantage.
- Business understanding in Core IT processes in FMCG Operations.
- Sound knowledge in Application management, Network configurations / trouble shooting, MS servers and Azure related IT management, Mobile application management, Database management, CCTV system management, PABX System management and Operating systems Server/Client.
- Knowledge in computer hardware, embracing new technologies, interfacing with SAP, Fair knowledge of MS Power BI and MS SQL databases.
- Teamwork, Network communication, negotiations, attention to detail, communication, decision taking and problem solving, analytical skills, time management.
