EXECUTIVE – SALES & OPERATIONS PLANNING
Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Executive – Sales & Operations Planning (Beverage sector). The selected candidate will play a key role in demand planning, target setting, and sales performance reporting, supporting data-driven decisions and enhancing overall business effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing and managing accurate demand forecasts by analyzing sales trends, promotional activities, and market dynamics.
- Setting performance targets for the sales force using data-driven insights from historical performance and market conditions to drive accountability and growth.
- Tracking and sharing KPI achievement data with relevant cross-functional teams.
- Maintaining and updating sales databases and dashboards to deliver timely performance reports and actionable insights to management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.
- Reading or full professional qualification in CIMA, CMA, or an equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, sales operations, or business analytics; experience in FMCG is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
