The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Outlet Manager - New Project - Consumer Foods Sector. This position is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the restaurant, ensuring excellence across People, Customer Experience, Operations, and Sales/Profit. This role provides end-to-end leadership of the outlet, driving business growth, operational excellence, brand compliance, and a high-performing team culture.
Job Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and overall outlet performance
Ensure consistent execution of operational standards across all shifts
Manage opening, closing, and peak-hour readiness
Coordinate effectively between kitchen, service, and delivery teams
Improve service speed, order accuracy, and workflow efficiency
Ensure adherence to Daily Operating Plan (DOP) and SOPs
Customer Experience Excellence
Drive a customer-first culture to deliver exceptional service
Monitor key service metrics such as speed, accuracy, and hospitality
Handle and resolve customer complaints and VOC feedback
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall customer experience
Implement initiatives to improve satisfaction and customer loyalty
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, coach, and develop team members and supervisors
Support training and build a strong talent pipeline
Promote employee engagement and retention
Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and productivity
Conduct performance reviews and ensure discipline standards
Food Quality & Safety
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Maintain high product quality across all shifts
Oversee food safety procedures and audit readiness
Monitor proper storage and handling practices
Sales & Business Performance
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Analyze sales trends and implement improvement strategies
Support local marketing and promotional activities
Control costs while maintaining service standards
Drive upselling and improve average transaction value
Inventory & Financial Control
Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage
Oversee cash handling and reconciliation processes
Monitor food cost, labor cost, and key financial metrics
Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards
Support audit readiness and corrective actions
Ensure a safe and professional work environment
Person Specifications
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, or operations
2–3 years of experience in a managerial role (Restaurant/Outlet Manager preferred)
Strong knowledge of food safety, restaurant operations, and financial management
Proven leadership and people development skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset
Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence
