Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing Operations – Special Beverages
Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing Operations – Special Beverages. The position exists to assist in planning & implementing marketing & sales strategies / activities to ensure special beverages market demands are properly identified and catered on time & in full, targets are met by ensuring the special beverages related requirements are ideally met.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and supply reports on KPI performance towards sales incentive planning.
- Engagement with production planning, supply chain planning.
- Planning, executing and monitoring digital activities.
- Keep a tab of the material plans and manufacturing facility updates and assist category manager in planning category volumes.
- Monitoring market activities closely and support sales team to overcome competitor threats and actions.
- Effective utilization of the A&P budget in maximizing sales volume and increasing market share.
Person Specifications
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent (CIM / MBA) with at least 3-4 years’ experience in FMCG brand management.
- Experience in evaluating consumer & market research to formulate brand strategies would be an added advantage.
- Sound business understanding in order to implement brand & sales strategies as well as understanding of Sales, Distribution processes and consumer behaviours.
- FMCG marketing and selling trends, competitive marketing & selling strategies.
- Business Acumen; Building High Performance Teams; Analytical; Innovative; Communication; Adaptability; Negotiation; Decision Taking and problem Solving; Organization; Attention to detail; and Customer Focus.
