Low‑Code Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Power Apps applications for internal business processes.
• Build and maintain Microsoft Power Automate flows encompassing approval workflows, scheduled automations, and cloud-based automations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries across MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server for reporting, data extraction, and application backends.
• Support database maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, query optimization, and data integrity checks.
• Administer and develop SharePoint Online lists, libraries, and site collections utilized in automation and document management.
• Document automation workflows and prepare process blueprints and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Actively participate in digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategic goals.
• General Application support for other line of business systems. (Core ERP, SFA, HRIS systems etc.)

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, or PL-400 (Power Platform) are an advantage.
• Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus.
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports in support of Power Apps and Power Automate initiatives is an advantage.
• Proficient in SQL query writing and optimization across MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server, including database maintenance tasks such as indexing, performance tuning, and data integrity checks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong documentation skills - process blueprints and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), with the ability to manage multiple projects and automation pipelines simultaneously.
• A collaborative and proactive team player who actively contributes to organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
