Job Responsibilities
· Preparation of financial statements ensuring accuracy and in accordance with Sri Lankan accounting standards (SLFRS & LKAS).
· Preparation of monthly, biannual, annual forecasts and budgets.
· Manage all accounting transactions.
· Ensure timely and accurate preparation of taxes and filling of tax returns.
· Analyze financial reports and statements.
· Collaborate with auditors for annual audits.
Person Specifications
· Passed Finalist/Full professional qualifications in ICASL / ACCA.
· A degree in Accountancy / Management / Finance from a recognized university and or a professional qualification such as CIMA/ CMA etc. would be an added advantage.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
· Proficiency in working in an ERP (SAP) system.
· Excellent communication along with good interpersonal skills and a positive and confident personality.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in dependently and part of a team.
