Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Attend to client’s requirements and needs on timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy of information and pay attention to detail.
  • Maintain documents and the relevant information on time.
  • Resolving product or service-related problems by attending to customer complaints and follow-up.
  • Monthly revenue generation.
  • Accurate and timely follow-ups on all matters.

Person Specifications

  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and working knowledge of Sinhala is a prerequisite.
  • Able work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SAP or in handling a CRM system is an added advantage.
