Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Attend to client’s requirements and needs on timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of information and pay attention to detail.
- Maintain documents and the relevant information on time.
- Resolving product or service-related problems by attending to customer complaints and follow-up.
- Monthly revenue generation.
- Accurate and timely follow-ups on all matters.
Person Specifications
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and working knowledge of Sinhala is a prerequisite.
- Able work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SAP or in handling a CRM system is an added advantage.
