PNPL - Customer Support Assistant
Job Responsibilities
•Generating PNPL monthly invoices accurately for each customer.
•Monitoring copy yield & do the toner invoicing.
•Follow up on PNPL monthly debtors to achieve the objective of maintain debtors.
•Handling customer issues by providing them quick solutions when they required any assistance and build up a strong relationship with the customer.
•Work through procedures to meet any external audit in related areas.
Person Specifications
•Degree or Diploma related to Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Equivalent.
•Proficiency in MS office applications and experience in using social media platforms.
•In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
•In-depth knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools. (SAP/ C4C).
