Sales Manager - Direct Sales

Job Responsibilities
- Achieving of monthly set revenue / GP and quantity targets.
- Preparing yearly sales plans and mid-year review plans for the division.
- Organizing product awareness sessions and product shows for focus group customers including online promotions and marketing activities.
- Ensuring to maintain the product knowledge and working standards of Sales staff and Dealer sales staff.
- Maintaining the copier market share of the company.
- Ensuring effective use and accuracy of data in the CRM system.
- Maintaining and overlooking the debt collection of the division.
Person Specifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in Sales is a must (preferably have handled Sales of Office Automation / IT enabled products).
- Good command of English, computer literacy, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion to drive exceptional business growth and achievement of given sales targets.
- A full qualification (BSc or MBA) related to Marketing at a reputed institute would be an advantage.
