Sales Manager - Mobiles

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to establish and grow brand presence in the target market.
  • Identify and onboard distribution partners, retail outlets, and online channels.
  • Sales forecast and inventory management.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for the management.
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Implement strategies and mechanisms to minimize debtors and improve the cash flow of the company.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the mobile product lineup, features, and technical specifications.
  • Carry out regular reviews to ensure stock levels are been monitored and within the identified stock holding period.
  • Managing and motivating sales team to achieve best results and continual training and development of all members of the department.

Person Specifications

  • The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a sales team preferably in the mobiles industry.
  • MBA or BSc in Business Management, full or part qualifications in CIM (UK)/SLIM or equivalent.
  • Experience in distributor management is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales team.
