Ltd., the authorized distributors for Toshiba - Digital Multi-Functional Copiers and PNPL (contractual copier rental service), RISO - Digital Duplicators, Hitachi - Multimedia Projectors, ASUS – Notebooks and Tablets, Samsung - Mobile phones, Tablets, B&W/Color laser printers & LFDs, FEC & Posiflex - Point of Sales Solutions, Zebex - Barcode Scanners, Bixolon - Receipt Printers, Contex - Large Format Scanners, XYZ and Markforged – 3D Printers, Tacteasy – Interactive Whiteboards and JBL - Speakers. Job Responsibilities
- Configuration and installing new network printers, copiers, digital duplicators and solution applications.
- Install/Update copier management software such as Toshiba embedded applications Toshiba provided solutions for mange print servicers.
- Troubleshooting and fixing software and network issues on printers.
- Writing diagnostic reports and training manuals.
Person Specifications
- Knowledge on photocopy machines, computer software/application installation and networking setup.
- 01 – 02 years of experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage.
- Having a motor bike license would be an advantage.
