We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Cloud Support Intern. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Consultant.

The Cloud Support Intern will be responsible for: 

 

  • Act as a primary point of contact between engineering teams and customers. 
  • Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely resolutions. 
  • Monitor the Helpdesk Dashboard and monitor the SLAs 
  • Interact with multiple teams, escalate complex problems as needed and implement best practices in IT operations. 
  • Assist in daily IT operations 
  • Prepare documentation, presentations and reports.

The ideal candidate should possess: 

 

  • A graduate or final year student in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Azure. 
  • We may require 24/7 support on an On Demand basis.
