We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Consultant – Cloud Solutions & Services. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Solution Consulting - Strategy, Consulting Services.

The Consultant – Cloud Solutions & Services will be responsible for:
- Monitoring real-time alerts from compliance and data protection solutions.
- Analyzing and categorizing DLP (Data Loss Prevention) alerts, identifying true violations, and minimizing false positives.
- Leading incident response and escalation processes to effectively mitigate compliance and data security risks.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to refine DLP policies and continuously improve alert accuracy.
- Managing insider risk investigations using multi-factor criteria and advanced monitoring tools.
- Reviewing flagged communications for policy violations across Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other corporate platforms.
- Creating and managing eDiscovery cases and maintaining detailed audit logs for legal and compliance investigations.
- Implementing data encryption, rights management, and information barriers in alignment with organizational policies.
- Overseeing data lifecycle management processes, including data retention and deletion policies.
- Tracking overall compliance posture using dashboards and generating periodic reports for leadership.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in data governance, compliance, or security operations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview or other similar compliance and governance tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
