We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Executive – Client Services. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.

The Executive – Client Services will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements and ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitoring, tracking, and documenting client interactions, service issues, and resolutions through the relevant systems.
- Preparing client reports, presentations, proposals, and supporting client onboarding activities.
- Gathering client feedback, recommending service improvements, and providing regular updates on account status and service performance.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in client services, account management, customer support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the IT, SAP, consulting, or professional services industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with helpdesk, CRM, or client management tools will be an added advantage.
