Executive - Human Resources

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Executive – Human Resources. The selected candidate will report to the Manager - Human Resources and Resource Centre.

The Executive – Human Resources will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
    • Utilizing various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
    • Coordinating with the marketing team to create engaging content.
    • Organizing and participating in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other employer branding initiatives.
    • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions.
    • Generating regular reports on recruitment metrics, talent pool health, and resource allocation.
    • Maintaining and updating the internal database of resources.
    • Supporting the identification of potential resource partners in each region to meet the business requirements.
    • Handling contract management and liaising with external vendors to track and identify resources.
  • Supporting HR Administration and assisting the execution of HR Projects.
  • Supporting the training needs analysis process and devising plans to address training and development needs of employees.
  • Developing and executing the employee engagement event calendar.
  • Supporting the rewards and recognition administration process.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar job role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and talent management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems would be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
