We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Identity Access Management & Office 365 Intern. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Consultant.

The Identity Access Management & Office 365 Intern will be responsible for:
- Assist in deploying and managing modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 (M365) and related technologies.
- Support IDM/M365 initiatives, including user provisioning, authentication, and security policies.
- Involve in Helpdesk Support.
- Prepare documentation, presentations and reports.
- Participate in troubleshooting IAM/M365 issues and implementing best practices

The ideal candidate should possess:
- Graduated or final year student in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or relevant field.
- Knowledge of identity management concepts and tools is a plus point.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and M365 related services is a plus point.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic about pursuing Azure certifications and advancing in modern workplace solutions.
- We may require 24/7 support on an On Demand basis
