Intern - Business Analyst | Pre Sales

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Intern – Business Analyst. The selected candidate will report to the Presales Lead.

The Intern - Business Analyst will be responsible for: 

  • Understand the client requirements specified in forms of RFP/EOI/RFQ’s.
  • Assist the presales lead in liaising with Account managers and technical teams to identify the exact client requirements.
  • Meet with respective stakeholders (clients, internal resources and third parties) to clarify overall requirements of the presales project(s) assigned.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives by involving relevant stakeholders and define delivery approach.
  • Assist in activities that the presales tasks are running smoothly and delivered on time.
  • Schedule progress meetings in a timely manner and communicate the status updates.
  • Ensure that all presales’ engagements are delivered on time. Any impact on presales delivery should be identified early and put in necessary mitigation/contingency plans accordingly.
  • Support in managing the presales status reports and updates.
  • Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings while tracking the meetings with the meeting minutes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project proposal documentations, plans, and reports.
  • Time management with maintaining realistic time schedules.
  • Providing administrative support including maintaining presales document repositories.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess: 

  • A Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent. 
  • Excellent Time Management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time-management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management and CRM tools.
