The Intern will be responsible for:
- Assist in supporting customers through the support portal, email, phone, online meetings, and in-person interactions when required.
- Support the team in maintaining positive relationships with clients and responding to their queries.
- Help monitor project or service progress and support communication of updates to internal teams and customers.
- Assist in tracking customer usage of products and preparing basic reports or summaries when needed.
- Support the onboarding process of new clients and help maintain existing client records.
- Help track service requests and performance against assigned KPIs and SLAs.
- Assist with documentation, data updates, and administrative tasks related to client services.
- Participate in learning opportunities, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Provide support to clients as part of shift-based operations, if required.
- Assist the team with additional tasks or special requests as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in client relationship management, customer service, or IT service delivery.
- Basic understanding of IT solutions or willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
