We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of JIRA Cloud Administrator. The selected candidate will report to the Project Manager.

The JIRA Cloud Administrator will be responsible for:
- Administering and managing Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management (JSM) projects, including configuration of workflows, issue types, screens, permissions, and Kanban/Scrum boards.
- Managing user access, roles, and group permissions across Jira and Confluence environments.
- Configuring SLA-driven workflows, automation rules, notifications, and escalation mechanisms while monitoring SLA compliance.
- Establishing CAB approval workflows in Jira aligned with basic ITIL practices.
- Managing Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, and ensuring documentation standards across teams.
- Creating dashboards and reports using JQL and tools such as Power BI to support business insights.
- Supporting system integrations, troubleshooting Jira-related issues within defined SLA timelines, and ensuring system stability.
- Maintaining best practices, documentation, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong hands-on experience in Jira Cloud Administration and Jira Service Management (JSM).
- Expertise in workflow configuration, SLA setup, automation, and ticket management.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies including Kanban and Scrum frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in managing Confluence spaces and documentation practices.
- Strong knowledge of JQL, reporting, and dashboard creation (Power BI or similar tools).
- Understanding of Agile and basic ITIL practices within enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Jira add-ons such as ScriptRunner, basic API/integration knowledge, SSO/SAML, and scripting (Python/JavaScript) will be an added advantage.
