Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective Human Resource management for the company aligned with Group and Business unit HR policies and business objectives.
- Ensure implementation of Group Human Resources initiatives at the company in consultation with the CEO, Sector Head of HR and the Head of Shared Services - JKIT.
- Act as an advisor to the leadership team on all Human Resources matters and be the custodian of the employee experience of the company.
- Stay abreast of developments in HR with specific focus on IT industry talent insights, adapting the HR strategy to ensure that the company is well placed in the talent landscape.
- Ensure that the performance management process is managed from goal setting to performance evaluation in order to drive a performance and merit-based culture.
- Manage HR Operations and Compensation and Benefits administration for the company, working with Group HR and the HR Shared Services team as needed.
- Manage the learning and development process from training needs analysis to delivery of training.
- Coordinate the implementation of the Talent and Succession Management process.
- Manage employee relations by identifying staff issues and taking appropriate action.
- Support the supervisors in counseling staff on disciplinary actions, disputes, performance etc
- Lead and manage Employee Engagement including specific engagement initiatives.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or hold an equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in using HR Systems.
- Experience in the IT Industry handling international stakeholders will be an added advantage.
