Practice Manager - SAP Finance

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Practice Manager – SAP Finance.

The Practice Manager – SAP Finance. will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting SAP Finance teams by validating solutions, introducing relevant SAP Finance technologies, partnering with functional and technical teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the SAP program.
- Managing end-to-end SAP Finance engagements including project planning, execution, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships to enhance the JKIT brand.
- Driving SAP Finance solution design, configuration, and implementation across FI and CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, Cash & Bank, Product Costing, Internal Orders, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
- Conducting and overseeing requirement-gathering workshops, business blueprinting and design documentation, functional specifications, coordination with development teams, and delivery of unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Supporting SAP pre-sales initiatives by contributing to RFP responses, compliance documentation, system demonstrations, and actively contributing to JKIT’s strategic planning and value proposition.
- Overseeing documentation, end-user training, cutover strategy, go-live execution, and post go-live support, ensuring issue resolution in line with SLAs and successful project closure.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in Management or Information Technology, or a professional qualification in CIMA / ICASL / ACCA, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a similar leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in a minimum of three (3) full life cycle SAP implementations with exposure to both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, and SAP Group Reporting will be a definite advantage.
- SAP Finance and Controlling certification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to deliver results, manage priorities, and meet timelines with minimal supervision.
