We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Salesforce Administrator. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager – Client Services.

The Salesforce Administrator  will be responsible for:

 

  • Performing day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform including user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and ensuring system availability, usability, and data integrity.
  • Handling user requests, incidents, and service tickets within agreed service levels while troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions or escalations when required.
  • Configuring and maintaining Salesforce components including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and Lightning components.
  • Supporting system enhancements, release activities, testing, deployment validation, and post-release support while identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and MIS for business teams while ensuring high standards of data quality through data cleansing, deduplication, imports, exports, and mass updates.
  • Working closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional guidance, and support user adoption through training and documentation.
  • Conducting research and development on Salesforce features and platform capabilities while creating demo environments and solution demonstrations to support internal stakeholders and pre-sales discussions.
  • Maintaining system documentation, configuration logs, SOPs, and ensuring governance, audit compliance, and adherence to platform security and best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or a similar CRM support role.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, user administration, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and platform administration practices.
  • Experience in handling support requests, service tickets, and user issues in a structured service environment.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Salesforce Flow, approval processes, and validation rules.
  • Experience using data management tools such as Data Loader or equivalent utilities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, or pre-sales demonstrations will be considered an added advantage.
