We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Salesforce Consultant. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.

The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; conducting workshops; preparing user stories and functional specifications; performing gap analyses; and recommending Salesforce best practices.
- Designing, configuring, and enhancing Salesforce solutions, including platform configuration, automation, security, reports, and dashboards.
- Supporting end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including solution design, data migration, testing, UAT, deployments, releases, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Managing assigned workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, quality documentation, stakeholder communication, and effective user support and training.
- Developing reports and analytics, driving continuous platform improvements, and supporting roadmap planning, pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, consulting, implementation, or application support.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, security, reporting, dashboards, UAT, deployments, and release management, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is preferred. Additional Salesforce certifications, knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, APIs, DevOps and data migration tools, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, CPQ, ERP/SAP integrations, and Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an added advantage.
