Senior Business Analyst/ Data Governance Lead

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements of Center functions for existing and new applications, ensuring alignment with cyber security, data privacy/ governance, and regulatory/ IT compliance standards.
- Conduct meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gather and document business requirements, use cases ensuring compliance with Group policies.
- Manage the RFI/RFP processes for any IT procurement, adhering to the defined Group process for any technology products or services and obtain necessary approvals in liaison with business functions and Group IT.
- Serve as a liaison between all stakeholders, including system users, vendors, development teams, quality assurance teams, and service providers, to ensure effective communication and on time delivery on all IT products and services.
- Review quality assurance test cases and ensure test plans comprehensively address functional requirements.
- Manage IT projects for Center Functions by adhering to the project management life cycle to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with business goals.
- Prepare annual IT budgets, optimize resource allocation, balancing optimum functionality while minimizing the costs, and negotiate vendor agreements for cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure quarterly IT compliance statements are up to date for center functions, clearly breaking down the to-dos into sub-projects and completing them within timelines to be compliant on any gaps identified during the quarterly IT compliance audit.
- Assist the Center Functions DPO in implementing and operationalizing data protection strategies relating to information technology.
- Oversee and ensure the efficient operational IT delivery of Center Functions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including IT contracts and Information Asset blueprint for IT and BCP/ DR documentation and execution, to ensure compliance.
- Ensure highest infrastructure uptime and optimal system performance on all Core Systems and LOBs.
- Effective management of Inventories of IT assets, Core/ LoB Systems.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness by conducting quarterly assessments and providing relevant updates to stakeholders.
Person Specifications
- A bachelor’s degree in information systems/ technology.
- More than 05 years of experience in IT (including 02 - 03 years of exposure in Business Analysis, Systems development and experience in IT operations is added advantage)
- Know-how of Line-of-Business (LOB) applications (On-prem, SAAS, PAAS) and LOB Application technologies
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project planning, coordinating and time management skills.
- Ability to work long hours without losing focus and comply to highest levels of integrity.
