We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Senior Executive – Sales. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Business Development.

The Senior Executive – Sales will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across targeted industries and markets to expand JKIT’s customer base.
  • Generating a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research, with a strong focus on acquiring new customer logos.
  • Conducting discovery discussions with prospective clients to understand business challenges and technology requirements and coordinating solution presentations with internal pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
  • Managing and maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities aligned with sales targets, while tracking engagements and updates through the CRM system.
  • Identifying new industries, market segments, and prospects where JKIT’s digital transformation solutions can add value.
  • Representing JKIT at industry events, seminars, networking forums, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to generate leads and support proposal preparation, RFP responses, and commercial submissions.

The ideal candidate should possess:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales within technology solutions, enterprise software, or IT services.
  • A strong “hunter” mindset with proven experience in new business acquisition and pipeline generation.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, enterprise applications, or digital transformation solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
