We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Shared Services Transformation Lead – Foods .This is a Sri Lanka–based consulting engagement, and the selected candidate will be embedded within the transition program to support the transition of Foods-related business operations from Dubai (DXB) to Sri Lanka (SL).

The Shared Services Transformation Lead – Foods will be responsible for:
- Leading transition planning, execution, and governance activities for Foods-related verticals.
- Developing and managing detailed transition plans, trackers, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Performing As-Is and To-Be process mapping and supporting detailed process design.
- Conducting FTE sizing and capacity analysis, including people-to-process and process-to-people mapping.
- Designing the target organization structure aligned with the Sri Lanka shared services model.
- Driving knowledge capture using defined tools, templates, and repositories.
- Facilitating structured knowledge transition from DXB to Sri Lanka, including validation and sign-offs.
- Supporting hiring activities through JD mapping and role definition aligned with To-Be processes.
- Defining and supporting the implementation of SLAs and KPIs.
- Providing on-ground transition support in Sri Lanka and DXB during critical transition phases.
- Preparing and updating management decks, transition status reports, and executive presentations.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in transition management, shared services setup, or operational transformation.
- Demonstrated experience managing offshore and global transitions.
- Strong expertise in process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), FTE modeling, and operating model design.
- Hands-on experience in knowledge transition and change management.
- Exposure to FMCG, Foods, Manufacturing, or operations-heavy environments (strongly preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and operate within a consulting framework.
- Willingness to travel and support on-site transition activities in Sri Lanka and DXB.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
