Account Assistant - Financial Accounting

What You Need to Do

• Verify daily petty cash transactions for assigned outlets and conduct monthly petty cash float verifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with outlet teams to facilitate smooth financial operations and resolve finance-related issues.
• Upload daily fund transfers for assigned outlets accurately and on time to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Review and verify Head Office petty cash reimbursement requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve Head Office and outlet-related EMS issues promptly.
• Collect, verify, and maintain proper records and filing of tax invoices for assigned outlets in a timely and organized manner.
• Perform other accounting and outlet-related duties as assigned to support the efficiency of finance operations.

What You Need

• A minimum of one year of experience in outlet-related finance operations, accounting, or bookkeeping, with sound academic qualifications in accounting or finance being an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, and the initiative to identify problem areas and suggest improvements.
