Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis
Job Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate analysis and forecast reports for management review and decision-making.
- Be an integral part of the management accounting pillar.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to obtain accurate data for forecasts.
- Facilitate the team in monthly, bi-annual and annual planning cycle of the business.
- Evaluate financial feasibility of investments / business decisions as and when required.
- Lead, motivate and nurture a high performing team.
- Assist in other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by the business.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or full professional qualification in CIMA, CA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 04 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong financial modeling capabilities.
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with advanced working knowledge in Power Point.
- A customer focused and customer service mindset.
